Vishal Polyfilms Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1988. Mr. Bansidhar Singhal (Former Director) of the company was always deeply passionate about textiles.
The company started its operations with a specialized sizing division and by 1992 was equipped with state-of-the-art texturising machines, showing a continuous growth of 100 percent annually.

Sizing division did exceptionally good and production was ramped by 100% annually.
Introduced texturizing division and multiple denier/filaments were texturised.
Doubled the production capacity in texturising yarn division.
Became one of the largest manufactures prevailing in city in texturising.
Started manufacturing specialized yarns for variety/multiple machines.
Foundation was prepared to install in house knitted machinery from german knitting giant “Karl mayer”.
Sizing division expanded to 4 times of its existing facility and Knitting production initiated.
Texturising,sizing and knitting were brought to single premises to attain easy production management.
Production of kota yarn initiated at matket noticing benchmarks.
Splitting machine added to production facilities for in house splitting of yarns (used for knitted fabrics).
